Before being allowed to enter the testing room, you will be required to show 2 forms of identification, including one government issued photo identification. Both must have signatures. Please make sure you bring your 2 forms of valid ID to the testing center. Social Security cards are only a valid form of indentification for Vue testing. Prometric will not accept this form of identification. For more details, please visit their website.

Generally speaking, you are not allowed to take anything into the testing center to assist you with your exam. Some testing programs have exceptions to this general rule. Please ask the program sponsor or visit the program sponsor's Web site for more information.

You should arrive at the testing center 15 minutes to half an hour before your scheduled appointment time. This extra time will give you an opportunity to sign in and to relax prior to beginning your exam. Occasionally, you will be offered the opportunity to begin your test early if no one else is using the test delivery station.

VUE, Prometric, and MOUS allow time extensions for many special needs. If you need additional time to complete your exam, contact a VUE agent. They will determine whether your appointment time can be extended for your specific situation.

• You can schedule exams up to six weeks in advance or as late as one working day before the exam date
• You can cancel or reschedule your exam if you contact the testing vendor at least two working days before the exam
• If you cancel, exams must be taken within one year of payment
• Same-day registration is available if space is available. You must register at least 30 minutes before test time
