There is some component of workflow in nearly every application written. Microsoft’s Windows
Workflow Foundation (WF) simply represents a formal means of defining, developing, and managing
code related to a business process. It is a framework you can use to build, host, and run
workflows in your application. Join the Pittsburgh .NET User Group as Mike Snell from CEI lays
the groundwork for building Windows Workflow. You’ll understand the core components of a workflow
solution and learn how to:
- Use Visual Studio to create a Sequential Workflow
- Express a State Machine Workflow using Visual Studio
- Develop long-running workflows

RiverHead’s seminar series educates. We provide seminars designed to provide
interesting and informative content on topics of current industry interest.
While we love to offer training classes, we know that not all topics are amenable
to the class format. Some information fits neatly into the shorter and less
detail-oriented seminar format.
Moreover, we know that you may not always have
the time and resources required for the longer and more detailed class experience.
Seminars are often the perfect experience to get that just-in-time information to
make an important decision or solve a puzzling problem.
Listings of our current seminar offerings are updated to give you time to reserve
your seat. Call us for more information on any of the upcoming seminars and we’ll
see you there.
